Over 15 years, William has worked with people from boardrooms to classrooms, from Jakarta to Perth, turning sophisticated ideas into messages that people remember.
William’s career highlights include spearheading communications for Indonesia’s #1 digital investment app, consulting for the Singapore FinTech Festival, mentoring startups with Austrade’s Landing Pads Program, and teaching at The University of Western Australia and Universitas Indonesia.
He led communications for the Indonesia Fintech Summit 2020 (opened by the President of Indonesia) and the International Services Summit 2016, working alongside leading minds from across Asia-Pacific.
Somewhere between all that, he authored eight books and co-authored two more, including a trilogy on public speaking, strategic networking, and professional branding. His works and words have appeared in Financial Times, Nikkei Asia, CNBC, The Jakarta Post, and more.
On stage, William has delivered 200+ talks across Australia, Indonesia, Japan, Taiwan, and the UK. A defining moment was his Plenary at the Australian International Education Conference (AIEC) 2019, sharing the stage with senior Australian political leaders and a TIME 100 Most Influential People honoree.

Sebuah Bisul Kecil is a reflective spiritual memoir by William about his journey of faith, suffering, and personal transformation. The book combines personal stories, reflections, and testimonies about how small struggles in life can become moments of spiritual growth. The title “Sebuah Bisul Kecil” (“A Small Boil”) comes from a painful medical experience the author went through. What seemed like a minor illness became a serious and emotional turning point that led him to deeper faith and self-understanding. The “small boil” becomes a metaphor for life’s hidden wounds and hardships that often carry important lessons.
